The Duffy 16 Cat is built 100% from the water up at our own factory. We take pride in our fiberglass shop, the site where all Duffy boats are born. No other electric boat builder can say this, and none control quality from start to finish like Duffy. We use only the most advanced, longest lasting color coats available, Armorcoat, for new-looking beauty years after conventional gel coats have faded.
The Cat is powered with our whisper quiet, fan cooled Advanced 48 volt Power Plus System. These lifetime guaranteed motors operate off a 48-volt battery configuration that simulates a single large 12 volt system, eliminating the need for a separate charging battery. Best of all, our CAT 16 is powered by an underwater power pod that offers a unique zero degree angle drive shaft to maximize power and minimize turning radius. A lifetime warranty on the motor, controller and propeller guarantee years of worry free boating pleasure.
